We are very happy that the missing item was resent to us quickly and we received it the next day.

The bears were a hit! One bear that came had holes along the seams, but we did a pre inspection of each bear and have a sewing machine so we could remedy prior to the party. I would order one extra if you’re close to party time just in case you can’t sew and get one with an issue similar to what others may have reported. The bear’s hair does get entangled with the Velcro so the close was not very secure, but we hand-sewed them closed. Again fine if you can sew but not if you can’t. Overall, everyone loved them and we made a fun fix of the small design flaws that came up.

We did a build a tiger for a homecoming activity for our school as the big kids have so many opportunities to have fun. In a small school we had 40 students sign up. The quality of the tigers were great. We had two with the same side velcro, I reached out to customer service and we had two replacements by weeks end! It was so great we are doing it again for a holiday activity!!!
